Successfully complete 75 hours of Board-approved courses covering the topics required by the Division in subjects related to real estate appraisal. This must include 15 hours of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). |

Submit a completed application, certificates of completion, $125.00 application fee. There is no experience requirement for Trainee Appraisers however you must be affiliated with a certified appraiser for a minimum of two years to obtain experience for advancing classification. You must keep track of experience on the required log. |

Every appraiser must complete 28 hours of CE every 2 year renewal period. Renewal application may be found at Renewal Forms or you can renew online. The renewal fee for trainees is $125 and $400 for licensed and certified appraisers. |
