AREA is proud to partner with CareerWeb to offer Real Estate License courses required by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) to obtain and maintain your independent Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.

These online courses can be conveniently taken any time from any computer with internet access. Schedules and commuting is no longer an issue to reaching your goal of being successful in Real Estate across the state of Tennessee. Each pre-license course covers everything you need to fully prepare you for the state license exam and help you begin your career as a real estate salesperson or to advance. An additional Exam Prep course is also available to provide you added confidence to take and succeed on the state license test.
